Weight Loss Tips That Actually Work
Relaxation: Make time for yourself during the treatments. You should go and take a nice bubble bath and read a fantastic book: escape to a different world out of appointments. Catch a coloring book and color, it is so relaxing and gets your mind off of things. Along with coloring you can draw, write a story or poem, anything to keep your mind from anything dealing with cancer. Even go for a walk and enjoy the seasons and the things surrounding you. Find joy in the outside life and soon the joy within your own.
